MYOB Stuck In Backup Process

We have attempted to run back up several times today, and it just stops.  We have let it run each time for up to 10 minutes (which shouldn't happen).  Can you please look into this and fix?

      It seems we have the same problem again, and unable to do back up.  Could you please advise?

  • I'm having the - This company file is currently backing up. You can sign on once the backup is complete. We cannot access our company file. Can this please be checked?
