I understand what you mean, a confirmation email can certainly help in your case. At the moment, Pay Super doesn’t send a separate verification email or external confirmation document once a payment is finalised.
If the payment is showing as Processing Payment, it means it’s been authorised and submitted for processing. Once it updates to Completed, that’s the confirmation currently available in MYOB.
If you need something for audit or record-keeping, the main things you can use today are:
- the final status in Manage Payments
- the bank transaction or debit reference
- super reports in MYOB, such as Superannuation payments and Accrual by fund
If you’d like MYOB to add a clearer proof-of-payment or confirmation feature, I’d recommend posting it on the Ideas Board as a suggestion for the product team, so other users can vote for it.
