Product Category % Sales

Hi We group products under Categories.   eg  Bedroom, Toilet, Seating   We would like to know how to run a report to show what is the total % of sales for that category.   I have had a look, b...

    To find the percentage of Product Category sales ($35,000) out of the total sales ($1,000,000), you can use the following formula:

     

    (Product Category Sales / Total Sales) * 100

    So, in this case:

    ($35,000 / $1,000,000) * 100 = 3.5%
