Profit and loss report empty accounts showing

 When i print out the Profit and Loss reports (multi period) the account numbers are not displaying.  How can i have the account numbers display.

    Hi Aeysha 

     

    When you open the report, click on Insert/Modify, then click Show/Hide, select account no and click show, click ok. Do a print preview so it will save for printing.
