Exporting Reports to Excel Format

Looking for any help, When using AccountRight on my notebook PC when away from the office I have suddenly lost the ability to export reports to Excel format. All I get is the following message: ...

Hi Sgt73rdregt , that means the report templates are not installed.  Try reinstalling the program.

Hi Mike, tried reinstalling Accountright but still get the same error message, any other thoughts?
