Report fails to export to excel

Does anyone know why the trial balance has all of a sudden fialed to export to excel?  No upgrades to either escel or AR 2022.3.  Was working fine yesterday then has stopped beng able to export.  Can...

Hi Scott_Generus, 

 

Thanks for your post. Do you get any error messages when you attempt to export to excel ? If not, are you able to retrieve the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file after you've attempted to export to excel and attach it as a .TXT file to this thread so I can investigate.
