Sales - Analyse Sales item report

I am trying to run the Sales - Analyse Sales (Item) report for months in 2024/2025 financial year but when I try it says I am not in the correct financial year. I used to run this monthly prior to MYOB changing the rollover of financial years and now it's not working?

 

Help please?

    Hi NMusgrave,

     

    The Sales Analyse Sales (Item) report might not work properly if the financial year settings aren't updated or recognised correctly in the system. To fix this, try clearing your AccountRight cache first, as this can sometimes resolve unusual behavior. Also, make sure your file is set to the correct financial year by going to Set up > Company Information. Lastly, check that the date filters (Date From and Date To) are set to the correct period dates.
