Aside from googling nearby accountants/bookkeepers/consultants, the community forum can be a good place to connect with experts that might be able to help.
We do have an active community member who knows coding and our products really well, Mike_James, he may be able to offer some advice here.

Hi Princess,
Thank you for your reply to me! We've tried accountants and bookeepers to no avail - the best Google work-around is to save as a PDF, then copy & paste using Acrobat Pro in Excel and then sort. But this doesn't work every time as for some reason the Invoices and/or Pick Slips save as images sometimes in the PDF but as 'copyable' data other times? And we can't work out why! And its a bit of a pain/extra steps anyway....
It would be so much easier if a 'Sort' arrow was included at the top of the 'Item Number' column!
