We have an employee who has sales & purchases user roles in Accountright but we also would like them to have access to only the Job reports in the Accounts Tab in the reporting section. I'm not sure this is possible. We don't want them to be able to view payroll information though. If they have access to the Accounts tab in reports, will they be able to drill into a general ledger etc to see payroll info?

I get what you're after. You want your user to be able to run the Job Activity Report without giving them access to all the payroll info. Good news: giving access to Accounts Reporting won't automatically open up payroll details unless the payroll sections are ticked in Manage Roles, so you're sweet there. If we were to provide access to the Accounts Reporting as JacintaGT asked will they be able to access payroll information. We want the user to be able to run the Job Activity Report. Is there a customised report option? Checked Manage Users and doesn't seem to answer this.

I get that you're looking to provide user roles and permissions for job reports only. However, it's not possible to limit access to just job reports, as they fall under the Accounts Reporting section. What you can do instead is manage roles to limit access as much as possible.
