API interface is running very slowly

I have a few clients that use an app I have developed in C# to connect to the API. I send customer data and invoices and it all runs very slowly. Is there anything that can to be done to speed up the...

Hi Passfield,

 

Thanks for reaching out, Currently there would be no straightforward process however I recommend taking a look at our Speed and Performance support note. This is not related to the API however can help with the overall running of the AccountRight program. 

 

You could also look at applying Odata filters to the endpoints to reduce the amount of data being pulled through the API.
