Connecting to an online lite account via AccountRight API

Hi everyone,   One of our clients is trying to connect to our integration with their Online Lite account, is there a limitation there? They manage to login but after they put in their company file ...

Hi,

 

Is the password they are entering correct as per the AccountRight user?

or

Alternativeley is the MYOB Addon Connector running.
