Why has my mechanics email replaced mine

Hi guys,

my email is not attached to my myob instead somehow it has got my mechanics email from his myob that he sends invoices to myself and other customers to invoice.

its not me as it shows mailto:flowrightplumbing@icloud  but it shows on my invoices as Bruce from hhh automotive.

so at the moment my cash flow is at a complete standstill and unless someone steps I’m going to send all the details to accc and go elsewhere.

not really happy as I spent over 2 hours on the phone last week and never got a connection to anyone.

    Hi PlumberRob

     

    That definitely doesn’t sound right. If your email address has been replaced by someone else’s in MYOB, we’ll need to check where that address is being pulled from first. In some cases, it can come from the logged-in account, the business contact details, or the email set against the card or invoice settings. A couple of quick things to check:

     

    • the email address listed under your business or account details
    • the email address saved against the customer or card record
    • any default email settings in AccountRight

    If it’s still showing your mechanic’s email after that, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. They’ll be able to take a closer look and help sort it out.
