That definitely doesn’t sound right. If your email address has been replaced by someone else’s in MYOB, we’ll need to check where that address is being pulled from first. In some cases, it can come from the logged-in account, the business contact details, or the email set against the card or invoice settings. A couple of quick things to check:
- the email address listed under your business or account details
- the email address saved against the customer or card record
- any default email settings in AccountRight
If it’s still showing your mechanic’s email after that, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. They’ll be able to take a closer look and help sort it out.
