I have been receiving duplicate charges for past few months and cannot contact a MYOB representative to resolve!
The customer service with MYOB used to be great. Not anymore!

I was not able to get anywhere with phone/forum or chat or whatever over many months.
I had to call my accountant and he had someone in MYOB VIP support that was able to look in to it and resolve it. This chat and community is hopeless for this instance.
This man was a Strategic SME Specialist from MYOB. Resolved for me now
