We are aware of customers facing issues when trying to open and use their file. We have temporarily disabled the inactivity timeout for AccountRight while we look into this and you'll need to restart AccountRight to pick up the change. At this point, we're unsure if its related to the inactivity changes but will make sure to update you as soon as I have more information.
