MYOB is Slow

we have MYOB Advanced, it says

Build 2023.112.200.6029 [23.112.0032]

 

we fairly recently set it up having moved from the on premise version of MYOB.

 

When trying to look at leave (eg leave calander) for example MYOB is painfully slow, it spends far to look thinking before showing results if it even gets to that stage.

 

How can we make this faster.
