MYOB running slow

Hi

Ever since we were uprgaded to the latest version of essentials it is like we have gone back to dial up speed.

I have tried different browers and this has made no difference.   Very time consuming - could you please advise.

Thank you

    Hi, Rocky8

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Regarding your concern, generally, slow-running Essentials can happen due to a corrupt browser cache and if lots of transactions are being loaded at once. Therefore, our first recommendation would be to clear the browser cache to ensure there is no such interference. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like a website loading slowly, and helps your device run optimally.

Please let us know how it goes on your end or if you require any further assistance.

    Best regards,

    Doreen

      Hi Doreen

We have done this several times to no avail.

The old version used to work fine, it's a shame we didn't have an option to keep using it.

      Thank you
