Therefore, our first recommendation would be to clear the browser cache to ensure there is no such interference. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like a website loading slowly, and helps your device run optimally.

We have done this several times to no avail.
The old version used to work fine, it's a shame we didn't have an option to keep using it.
