Isaiah_C Mike_MYOB Are we going to see some action regarding this continuing issue that is still being reported by users continuously?
Users like Coastalp1 have contacted support and they have been brushed off saying there isnt a problem and only provided basic troubleshooting.How about looking into this issue properly before charging users for a program that doesn't deliver.

Please can this be sorted asap - productivity is at an all time low as MYOB hasn't been working correctly for days. Its getting a bit ridiculous.....

I have been having issues for at least a week with slow services, constant buffering, crashes etc. Its taking twice as long to do client work, and I can't charge double. MYOB needs to fix this as a matter of priority before we all jump ship and take our business and our clients business elsewhere.

As per usual MYOB claiming something works fine when it doesn't. Issues are still on-going. Status Hub showing no issues.
MYOB loves charging for a product that is dysfunctional.

The system is still running extremely slowly. It’s been over a week now with only brief moments of normal speed before it drops off again. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if we should be charging MYOB for the additional time it’s taking just to complete basic tasks. It’s incredibly frustrating to be paying higher fees for what feels like a declining product.

Yes, having same problem - very slow in loading screens, and and then message can come up saying 'something went wrong', and says to refresh browser and then if still a problem contact myob. Have done all this (as well as clearing cache), but still very slow. Can't really do any invoicing or other work.

Another unhappy customer here! I have been battling on with ongoing issues every time I use the product now, taking 10-30 seconds to load pages or longer to save or send invoices. Sometimes the whole page disappears and is blank only showing the top tabs and can't click anywhere, or error messages saying something went wrong pop up.
It was never like this, what has changed?

I think people don't really know where to report issues. It's not clear anywhere and also not easy to find. It is still slow today, especially if trying to save and email an invoice. It just took 7mins to save and email 1 invoice. Like I said in my previous comment, it has been consistently slow since the change over to online instead of local. What used to take me a couple of hours to complete is now taking more than double the time. It's very frustrating and time consuming. The new versions were supposed to be time saving but it is definitely not that. I'm just about done!

It's extremely slow today. Have tried across multiple companies, on multiple computers and browsers, cleared cache, etc.....
