MYOB BUSINESS CREATE PAY RUN

Hi,

I am unable to access Create Pay Run, all I get is the Loading and pink ring symbol continually.

Everything else is loading on MYOB BUSINESS without issue.

Can anyone help please?

    Hello Suzmh,

     

    There haven't been any reported issues with creating a pay run, and it's working fine on my end. Clearing your browser cache and switching to a different browser or device should help. If the issue continues, you'll need to get in touch with our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, so they can check it more for you.
