Blank screen doing tax returns

Anytime I open a 2024 tax return I keep getting a blank screen

    Hi SMercer,


    If you're getting a blank grey screen (looks like a tax return background, but with the form missing), this can usually be fixed by re-transporting the AETax 2024 Layouts and Parameters table to SQL.

     

    You can find the detailed steps in the knowledge base Article ID: 28662 (Transferring Parameter tables and layouts to SQL). 

     

    As with any process in AE, always take a full backup and ensure there are no users logged in at the time.
