Linking AccountRight Files in MYOB Practice Dashboard

In the MYOB Practice dashboard for Transaction Processing I want to link an AccountRight file to the client. However when I try this it says the client is already linked. I presume this is because we...

Hi Sandra,

 

As you have mentioned, you can not link the AccountRight file as the client is linked to an AE Ledger.

 

You need to either link to the AccountRight file or the Cashbook.

    Thank you Mark. Is there a way of choosing one over the other? Or does it have to be the one that is used to produce the financial statements in Client Accounting?

      Hi Sandra,

       

      It needs to be the one that is used to produce Financial Statements.

       

      You can can the configured file in Client Accounting but this is not recommended as it caused issues with the trasnactions.
