  • Hi CengizSahin

Generally, there are few causes of errors when importing into the Get Statement window. The most common being if you do have a large number of unreconciled transactions in the Reconcile Accounts window it will cause the Get Statement to crash. If that is the case for yourself, reconciling those transactions and/or splitting the reconciliation in a smaller batch with a smaller import file would be the recommendation.

You also mentioned that you are using an OFX file, some cases we have seen the process working as intended with a QIF file being imported where an OFX file has not. So, if you do have that option, do download and use a QIF file for that import.
