Amount in bank account not in MYOB

Question

Hi. Can anyone help. I have an amount from MYOB in my bank account with bankwest showing 07/03/2023 MYOB Payby MYOB000340 for $1347.11 which has not imported into MYOB. Its payments made by credit card through MYOB. Does anyone know how to fing out what the amounts consists of and why it hasn't gone to MYOB? My bank rec is out this amount.
