Attachments icon not showing in Spend Money window.

In the Purchases Register window all transactions with attachments are shown with an icon on the far right of the window.  This is missing from the Bank Register window for Spend Money transactions. ...

Hi CarolineW1 

 

Thank you for your post and welcome to Community Forum! Normally, attaching documents are available in online files and you can see which are the transactions that has the attached documents in Banking Register or in Purchase Register.

 

Go to Banking >> Bank Register>> the attachments are showing on the right hand side without opening the transaction one by one, please see my example:

Once you open the transactions, you can see the attachment icon :

Or you can go directly to Banking in command center >> select Spend Money transactions >> see Attachment icon and add the documents.

 

Please let me know how you go with this.

    Thanks for your reply Princess_R.

     

    Magically today the attachment icons have appeared in the Bank Register window for all my Spend Money transactions that have attachments just like the Purchases Register window. I am very happy they have reappeared!
