That's a bit of a head-scratcher. If both bank feeds are working fine in the file, they should normally show up in the Banking Hub as well. We can't see any obvious reason why only one's appearing in the browser. It's worth clearing your browser cache and refreshing page, or trying the same thing in a different browser to see if that makes a difference. If it's still only showing one feed after that, the best next step is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. They can take a closer look behind the scenes and help get this sorted for you.
