trying to match feeds to transactions and some work some dont have to go to find to new /recieve payment to get there this used to work fine till an update seemed to stuff it up and seemingly no way to contact myob to ask for it to be fixed whats the go?
Do you mean that the bank rules that you set up are no longer working?
If so check to see if the bank has changed the description in the statement - this sometimes occurs and you need to adjust the rule

no help sorry ,when you open bank feeds and find an unmatched transaction clicking the find button should bring up the possibles of the same value and time frame -it does not!

Okay then
from your bank feed screen go into reconcile (bottom right hand side)
this brings up the reconcile screen.
look for a transaction you know is there but hasn't been matched in bank feeds
is it in the reconcile screen?
if it is - is it ticked as reconciled?
if it is there and has been ticked then untick and match through bank feeds
if there is a lot of entries with the same issue you can untick them all and match through bank feeds.
the only other thing I can think of is if the entry was been post dated.
in the reconcile screen change the date to 2099 it will bring in any post dated transactions and if necessary you can amend the date
