Bank Feeds not working for an account

Bank feeds are not working for one of my account. 

I have checked Status of Bank feeds - it is active 

I have check the diplay button - it is showing current 

I have refreshed bank feeds with the Get Bank Transaction button (this times out so is there something wrong here?)

  • Random bank feeds still not coming through including a credit card automatic payment

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    Did you receive any error messages when you click the Get Bank Transaction button? If yes, kindly attach a screenshot of the error so we can further check it on our end. Also, please log out and then log back into your account then see if you can get the bank transactions.

     

    Please let us know how it goes on your end.
