Isaiah_C, thanks the team fixed this issue, but I now have a different issue:
Although the transactions are recorded in MYOB, they are not showing on bank feeds side, but they are showing on the Bank Statement side. Consequently, I can't approve the transactions.
Have you run past this issue before?

Hi Eliane,
This happens sometimes! It’s usually a syncing issue between the bank feed and MYOB. Double-check if the bank feed is up to date and refresh it—might do the trick. If the issue still persists, chat with our team through our virtual assistant MOCA or drop us a support ticket via MyAccount for help!
