Bank feeds

Good call checking in when the bank feed suddenly goes quiet. If your feed’s with CBA or HSBC, there’s a known delay affecting feeds dated (05/05/2026) and we’ve got updates going into this Community post: Bank Feed Update. Worth keeping an eye on that thread as the banks work through it. If you’re with a different bank, first try clicking Get bank transactions in your Bank Feeds window, then run through the checks in this help article on missing bank feed transactions: Missing bank feed transactions. If that still doesn’t bring anything through after that, the next step is for our team to check your feed from our side.
