Thanks for your post. Transactions will appear in the Reconcile accounts window if they haven't been reconciled. If they have been reconciled and reappear in that window, it indicates that they have been changed so become unreconciled.
As you have already undone the reconciliations you will need to re-do those reconciliations to reconcile those transactions.
If you need further help please provide detailed information and a screenshot of the Reconcile accounts window, make sure you remove sensitive information from screenshots prior to posting on the public Forum.
