Bank Reconciliation deleted transactions 1/8/2025-31/03/2026

Good Morning,

 

I have an issue with my bank reconciliation page of MYOB (both online and desktop version)...

 

I have NO TRANSACTIONS in the bank reconcilation window for the following date period:

01/08/2025-31/03/2026. These transactions ARE SHOWING in MYOB in the Bank Transaction page. Every month, i import a QIF File into this bank account for a Bank of Melbourne credt card as no bank feed are available for this credit card.

 

I have reached out to MYOB Support but have not received a response so i'm hoping someone else has had this issue and recalls the solution. I don't want to delete the QIF files and re-import as i know these transactions ARE in MYOB they just aren't showing in the credit card reconcilation window.

 

This credit card has been reconciled every month since August 2025 - May 2026 and only now is it showing this error as i had to un-reconcile when my June credit card statement would not balance.

    Correctio, this is a Macquarie Bank Credit Card not Bank of Melbourne
