Bank Reconciliation System Glitch

Question

&nbsp;I was trying to complete bank reconciliation for February 2023 and realised that the transactions that were previously reconciled as at end of January 2023 is now out of balance, so I tried undoing last reconciliation to find out the offending period. I am now back to the very beginning and the difference is still showing. This must be a system glitch. Hoping I could get this resolved asap I would appreciate if anyone has any advice. Thank you.

I've had this same problem and undid past reconciliations back a 6 months and still couldn't get it to balance. Very frustrating and time consuming. In the end I just put the difference through as a private entry just to get it to finally balance. Not Impressed.

I was cleaning up some entries which were left over after reconciling, which may have messed it up. MYOB did tell be that, unlike my previous MYOB, it doesn't tell us if the entry being deleted has been reconciled. I don't think this helps at all.
