Bankfeeds for Credit Cards

Hi all, we have changed banks and I set up bank feeds for our new credit cards.  There are 5 of them and I have been reconciling them since Dec 24.  For the month of Feb, 1 credit card has 2 missing ...

Hi srequip2020,

 

If you're dealing with missing transactions, it's usually because of a hiccup with the bank feed setup or the data coming in from the bank. If everything is checked as explained in this link and if you can see the transaction in your online banking statement but not in your bank feed, you'll need to directly reach out to our support team. You can chat with our live agents through the virtual assistant MOCA or pop in a support ticket via MyAccount.
