CBA Bank feeds not working again?

CBA bank feeds have not come through again

    Hi Hannah3,

     

    Looks like CBA feeds are having a bit of a snooze. We don't have any updates just yet, but as soon as there's movement, we'll pop it up on our Bank Feeds Updates post in the forum so everyone's in the loop. Also could you please try the following steps?

     

    1. Go to Banking command centre.

    2. Select Bank Feeds.

    3. Click the Get Bank Transactions button to refresh the feed.

     

    Also, try changing the display transactions filter to 'Hidden' and then back to 'Current' that sometimes does the trick.

     

    If the transactions are still delayed after this, I recommend reaching out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via My Account so they can further look into your account and help you in resolving this.
