This issue could be related to a known problem where the bank feed setup process encounters validation errors or issues with linking the bank feed. To resolve this, you may need to reapply for the bank feed, as sometimes the bank feed might appear to be activated but is not properly linked in the system. Before reapplying for the bank feed, I recommend clearing your browser's cache and history to avoid some browser discrepancies.
