I understand what you are saying but that's not the case, I entered it in myob desktop and its balanced and reconciled. Please see below, in the desktop version it is entered as $20.43 inc gst but and $18.57 excluding Gst. See both screen shots. It's not just this entry it is quite a few that have been reconciled in Myob. I use the desktop version, not the online version, we just accidently stumbled across it. I have reconciled up to 30/6 so it has reconciled. My concern is why is this happening and how many other transactions has this been happening too and why would it be reconciled in the desktop version but having an unallocated amount in the online version. They should be the same.

Appreciate you for providing the screenshots! The discrepancy you're seeing is likely because the transaction includes both positive and negative amounts (like income and expense lines in the same transaction). In the browser version, MYOB groups GST by account type (income vs expense), while in AccountRight desktop, it's grouped by transaction type.
This difference in how GST is reported can cause things to appear out of balance, even though the totals are technically correct.
