identifying an unknown online payment

I have received a payment through MYOB online payment that I can not identify. The payment is showing in my bank account however it has not auto reconciled. How do I go about identifying this payme...

Thanks Sia,

I can see that the payment has now reconciled, so this can be closed.

I am not sure why, but I appear to have no option to reply to your PM. I have tried 2 differenct  browsers with no luck.

    Hi Dishome,

     

    Love that the payment's all squared away now! The reason you couldn’t send us a private message before was due to a setting on our end, but I’ve adjusted and enabled it now, so you’ll be able to reply to us via private message going forward.
