Intray
We've opened up MYOB this morning and can't access our intray.
The message reads "Sorry, your documents aren't available right now"
What can we do to recover them please?

MYOB has now raised this as an incident and you can track progress/updates via our incident page.
status.myob.comCustomers attempting to utilize the Intray to upload documents and receipts into there company files are currently experiencing a something went wrong error message on attempt.
This will affect your the ability to back up and link hard copies of invoices and receipts.
MYOBs development teams have been engaged and are now investigating.
