Yes, our bank feeds team can recover those for you, especially if the transactions have been missing for more than one business day after showing up in your bank account. Bank feeds can trail online banking a bit, so they often land in the next business day’s feed. This link walks you through the checks to try first for missing transactions. If you’ve done those and they’re still not showing, pop in a support ticket via My Account and we’ll take a closer look at what’s causing the delay.
