On Friday we processed an electronic payment of a number of 'record supplier payments" We also created a spend money transaction.
This morning both are showing as unmatched from the bank feed.
The spend money tranaction is no where to be found and the receipt has not gone back to uploads
The electronic payment can be found by drilling down through the paid bills. The date shows correct as 13/12/2024
Where do we look to fix this?

There are a few things to consider to address the issue of missing transactions and unmatched bank feeds. If the spend money transaction is missing, try to locate it by searching through your transaction history. If it is still not found, you may need to re-enter the transaction. What about the electronic payment. I can see that and the bill are marked paid. Undo that as well?
