MYOB BANK FEEDS BUTTON NOT WORKING

Hi 

 

My understanding is that the bank feeds button takes you to the bank feeds that have come across from your nominated accounts. This is automatic so there isn't any action you need to take.

 

Can you elaborate on what you are trying to achieve?

 

Once you have gone into bank feeds you can then manage the bank feeds from there (top left hand corner)

 

From there you can add or delete accounts

    The problem is when we're clicking the Button on the Bank Feeds Tab nothing happens. It just keeps loading.

      Can you post a screen shot?

       

      I am not entirely sure what you mean - does the hourglass appear but not go away and no entries load?

        Here is the screenshot of the issue we're facing right now. It shows nothing.
