For a few weeks now the online payments are coming through the bank and the automatic bank deposit is coming through 3-4 days later. This means I have to delete the bank deposit and do it again with the correct date. As I reconcile every week this is time consuming. What has happened as this was never happening before.

What I recommend is to Contact your bank to inquire about any delays in automatic bank deposits. They may have insights into any recent issues or delays on their end. And also, Consider adjusting your reconciliation workflow to accommodate this delay. Instead of deleting and redoing bank deposits, you could make a note of the delay and reconcile accordingly. This may save you time and effort.
