Newcastle Permanent Bank Feeds are they delayed

I have a client that has not had any new transactions in Bank Feeds from Newcastle Permanent since 10 July 2026 - is anyone else experiencing a similar delay?  There are definitely new transactions on the bank account since that date.  Please advise how I can fix this.  I have checked that Status is Bank Feed Ready and I have tried Get Transactions and it says that it has updated as at this morning but there are no new transactions in feeds.

    Hi CalcWomen,

     

    Thanks for checking those steps already. Since you've already tried Get Bank Transactions and it shows the feed has updated, the next thing to check is the filters in your bank feed. Sometimes the Account, Display Transactions, or Search filters can make it look like new transactions are missing when they're actually just hidden. Please open your bank feed and review those filters first to make sure you're seeing the latest transactions from Newcastle Permanent. If the transactions are still missing after checking the filters, it's best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can take a closer look from their end.
