    Hey NS1004 and AnthonyG2,

Thanks for the heads‑up that you’re having delayed bankfeeds. There haven't been any reported delays with St. George at the moment. Since you've mentioned before that you've been using the Get Bank Transactions button, it could just be running a touch behind today as feeds sometimes take a little longer to roll through. If it’s still quiet after a bit, make sure to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. They can look further into your account and help you with sorting it out.

    Cheers,

    Doreen

yes always try the "get bank transactions" if they don't appear, but as at 4:50 still don't appear.

will check back tomorrow, they might have taken an early long weekend for GF in Melb :)

  • Yes, we have had no bank feeds today from St George despite selecting 'Get Bank Transactions'

    Hi NS1004,

Cheers for checking in. I've just had a look and there aren't any reported issues with St George bank feeds today. Sometimes they can take a little longer to roll through, so it might just be running a bit behind.

Could you please try the following steps?

    1. Go to Banking command centre.

    2. Select Bank Feeds.

    3. Click the Get Bank Transactions button to refresh the feed.

If the transactions are still delayed after this, I recommend reaching out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can further look into your account and help you in resolving this.

    Regards,

    Sai
