I hear you're having trouble with old bank feeds downloading from 2023. That's a bit unusual. Here's what you can do about those old transactions: you can either hide them from your bank feeds or ask our team to delete them. Just a heads up, though: we can only delete transactions within a specific date range. Please connect with our virtual assistant, MOCA, on our website or raise a ticket for deleting old bank transactions via My Account.
