I have recently changed the subscription on a clients file and the new file now shows 99+ uncategorised transactions from 1/7/20 to 7/7/22. These transactions would have been done at the time and should not be showing this way. How do I get rid of them? Do they have to be matched up to the old transactions or deleted? Bank account is reconciled.

I have the issue again with another client and need to hide old bank feeds but use a browser and can not find where I can do this.

Currently, you can only hide bank feed transactions in the desktop version of our software. If you want this feature in the future, you can post a suggestion to our product ideas page. This way, our developers will see it and might include this in a future update. MYOB AccountRight Ideas Exchange
