Hi AinsleyCMP. 

 

Sounds like the reconcile window’s just being a bit fussy with the dates. When things go missing while you’re reconciling, it’s usually because a few transactions have been reconciled out of order.

 

Best bet is to run through the steps Princess shared in this other thread.
