Reactivate Bank Feed in MYOB
Hi, I am looking to Re-activate Bank Feed on a bank gl account which was previously used with bank feed. Can i reactivate bank feed on the same bank GL account or do I need to create a new bank gl account and apply for new Bank Feed?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks for checking with us! If you’re wanting to set the bank feed back up, that usually means applying for it again much like you did the first time. In that situation, you’d generally need to create a new bank GL account as well, since each MYOB bank category can only be linked to one bank feed.
If the feed was only cancelled recently and you’d prefer to have the original one switched back on, the best next step would be to lodge a support request through My Account so our bank feeds team can check whether it can be reactivated from their side.
