How To Reactivate A Cancelled Bank Feed

Hi, I've started a new job where the main bank account has been cancelled by the previous person handling the accounts.  I've tried looking around to see how to reapply to restart this feed, can someone point me in the right direction and give me advice on the best way to do this?

    Thank you, after I posted this (and wasn't able to delete my post) I figured out my problem was I had been logged in as administrator and not owner.
